How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Products are made fresh within 3 working days, and then they are ready to ship. Shipping within the UK takes usually between 2-5 working days. Shipping outside the UK can take longer depending on customs and local postal services.
Can I recycle the containers once finished?
Yes! Once you have 4 containers, please advise us by contacting us at recycle@soldelunacrafts.com You can then send the empty containers back to us and we will then issue you with a voucher code to cover the cost of your postage that you can use in your next shop. Please wait until you have a minimum of 4 containers or more.
Can I include a gift message without the Gift Wrap option?
Of course! Just add your personalised message in the checkout page. At checkout, at the bottom you will see the option for ‘Order Notes’.
Do you offer gift wrapping service?
Yes. For an additional cost of £3 we can gift wrap your purchase with your gift message. If you want the item delivered to a different address than yours, please remember to specify that when inputting the delivery address.
Are your products only formulated for women?
Absolutely not! Our products are inclusive to everyone, regardless of their gender. They are formulated for human beings, simple as that. All skins need to be pampered, loved and moisturised.
I have mature skin, can I use your products?
All products are made with natural ingredients and oils. They are suitable for all skin types. We have many products that are specifically nourishing and healing for mature skins. You can choose fragrance free and essential oils scented skin care.
Your products are made with natural oils, won’t that provoke my skin to break out?
There is a general misconception that oils will cause the skin to break out because they clog pores. Yes, some oils can cause this because they are high on the comedogenic scale and because they are not suitable to be used on skin. Some oils are suitable for general body moisturising use, others are specific to facial care. We chose and use oils that are very low on the comedogenic scale so that you can reap the benefits on your skin without suffering unpleasant consequences.
Do your products contain artificial fragrances and preservatives?
Our ethos is a big NO to toxic substances on our skin. Artificial fragrances and preservatives contain harsh chemicals that are used to enhance the colour, scent, texture and longevity of the product. They are also used to made production cheaper. The aggressive chemicals they contain are often the cause of skin allergies. They also provoke a build up of hazardous toxins in our bodies that can have a negative impact on our overall health. Our skin is the largest organ of your body, and it absorbs everything. Why would you put poison on it?
