OVERSEAS
• For orders over £70, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.
• Because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £21 are sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.
• We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard UK deliveries usually take 3-5 working days but can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of you placing the order, please contact us. Deliveries outside the UK can take 7-28 working days. This is not due to UK mail services but the mail services of other countries.
TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.
HOW IS OVERSEAS DELIVERY CALCULATED?
Delivery charges are calculated based on the basket balance of an order, which excludes deductions from special offers.
